Explanation of terms
1. Charging Balance
Checked for charging equalization, unselected for static equalization, charging equalization is in the state of charge, reaching the equilibrium condition, and the BMS opens the equalization. The static equalization is to achieve equalization condition without charging and discharging current, the BMS is turned on, and the static equalization is used when the battery pressure difference is large.
2. Balance Function
Turning the BMS on or off to balance the battery voltage functions of each string. The function of the equalization function is that when the voltage between the cell battery reaches the set voltage difference, such as 0.03v, and the voltage is higher than the set opening voltage, the protection board determines that the equilibrium condition is reached. When the charging is equalized, the charging condition is reached when the above conditions are met, and if the charging is not equalized, the protection board is balanced when the charging and discharging current is not achieved.
3. Switch Function
The BMS hardware function, check this option when there is a weak current switch. If this function is not enabled, the BMS discharge switch will be turned off.
4. Nominal Capacity
The actual assembled capacity value of the battery pack. This value will be corrected according to the actual learning capacity of the protection board. The maximum correction ratio is 20%
5. Temperature Check
Turn on the temperature detection function, the BMS is protected when the temperature protection condition is reached.
6. Load Detection
Load detection means that when the BMS is in hardware overcurrent and short circuit protection, the load is not released. Only after the load is disconnected, the discharge switch can be reopened to prevent the discharge switch from being damaged when the short circuit is not released.
